Notice of request for variation pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 2, first sentence, Reg. Cod. Nav. -Top Cucina Eventi srl. the AdSP announces that the company Top cucina Eventi s.r.l., owner of Formal Deed no. 87/24 and the related Supplementary Deed no. 109/26 concerning the use of a building located at the Molo Trapezoidale, of a total of 2,432.00 m2 (of which 71 m2 occupied by a pergola and 120 m2 by a dehors), in addition to 91 m2 of uncovered area, for the purpose of implementing catering and tourism services cultural, as well as for the purpose of carrying out public entertainment activities, musical and dancing events, expiring on 01.28.2030. With prot. request AdSP n. 16310 of 03.24.2026, the aforementioned company requested the change in the duration of the concession title, until 01.28.2040, due to the structural investments supported and to be supported, pursuant to art. 24 second paragraph, first regulatory period. code nav.;. This notice is published for 30 consecutive calendar days on the GURI, on the OJEU, on the Noticeboard Praetorium of the Municipality of Palermo and on the online praetorian noticeboard of this body (www.adsppalermo.it). Any competing observations and/or applications, the latter limited to the period of time following the natural expiry of the concession title ( 28.01.2030), may be submitted within the deadline for the aforementioned publication on the GURI to the organisation's certified e-mail address.
