This is an open, objective and non -discriminatory process, developed by phasessubsequent and aimed at attributing the suitability of an economic operator (single or in multi -subjective composition) to the execution of the contracts organized by Open Fiber, as a concessionaire for the design, construction and management of a passive bandwidth infrastructureultra wide in the territory of the white areas.
