• The ASL of Bari, on the basis of the needs expressed by the Corporate Drug Management Department, needs to evaluate the possibility of purchasing the AFMS, better detailed in the attached table, in order to identify the products currently available with the characteristics listed in the aforementioned prospectus, or functionally similar, the companies willing to supply, the related economic offers accompanied by technical data sheets. The place of delivery of the supply will be the Pharmacy Territorial ex-CTO. In order to define the type of choice of the contractor, pursuant to art. 70 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, interested economic operators are invited to illustrate, through the product technical data sheet, digitally signed by the legal representative or his attorney, the characteristics of the specialty offered, as well as the method of participation in this Notice as: - Mother House; - Sole dealer (Puglia/Italy); - Dealer. In the presence of product equivalent, the economic operator must demonstrate by any appropriate means the equivalence of the product offered (maximum 2 pages), pursuant to the provisions of the art. 79 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 as amended. and, as better clarified in Annex II.5 of cited decree; must also attach illustrative brochures and product technical data sheets.
