  The ASL of Bari, on the basis of the needs expressed by the laboratory medicine department and transfusion, needs to acquire a portable device and one of back ups in service aimed at determining the free hemoglobin and, therefore, the emolis, as required by the decree of the Ministry of Health of 2 November 2015 "Provisions relating to Quality and safety requirements of the blood and blood components ".
  The place of execution of the supply will be the transfusion workshop area center - c/o "F. Fallacara" hospital in Triggiano (BA).
  We refer to Annex 1) to this notice "hemoglobinometer characteristics" for the relative details to the characteristics of the supply in question.
  70 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, the economic operators interested in wanting to illustrate, through specific report, digitally signed by the legal representative or by one of his Prosecutor, the proposed product, as well as the method of participating in this notice as:
  - Mother House;
  - single dealer (Puglia/Italy);
  - dealer.
  In the presence of equivalent product, the economic operator must demonstrate by any appropriate means the equivalence of the Product offered (maximum 2 pages), pursuant to the provisions of art. 79 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 S.M.I. and, as best clarified by Annex II.5 of the aforementioned decree; must also attach sandal...
