Preliminary market consultation aimed at the possible acquisition, through a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a call for tenders, pursuant to art. 63 paragraph 2 lett. b of Legislative Decree 18 April 2016 n. 50, of service for the execution of treatments of the main visual defects.
Motivpublication action: with this notice we intend to initiate a preliminary market consultation in order to find out whether, differently from the information held by this Contracting Authority, other Economic Operators in addition to Vista Vision S.r.l. can supply products thatddispose the following characteristics:
•Per day rental of an excimer laser and Femtosecond laser for the treatment of the main visual defects, including the supply of sets of surgical instruments and therapeutic lenses, for the execution of n. 12 speeches (equivalent to tract of n. 12 eyes) per daily session. The estimated number of interventions per year is around 100.
•Excimer laser:
Able to perform the ablation of the human cornea in a precise and pre-programmed manner;
Equipped with a multidimensional Eye Tracking system that allows execution of the

Able to center the treatment automatically;
Equipped with a motorized operating table on the x, y, z plane, with controllable movements and
capable of supporting a maximum weight of at least 160Kg;
