Notice aimed at activating an expression of interest for the identification of economic operators who can offer an "Ethernet and Fiber Connection Service in IRU"
Participants are also asked to formulate their best price for the services in question, being able to evaluate themselves in the fat8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6in particular the possibility that, in the context of contracts excluded from the public contracts code pursuant to articles. 13 c.2 and 56 c.1 letter b) of the aforementioned Legislative Decree 36/23, concerns the service in question - to resort to negotiation of the price offered, in the event that a single offer is received, withthe only instant economic operator.
It is specified, from now on, that any subsequent phase of awarding the service referred to in the object will be carried out pursuant to Legislative Decree 36/2023 and subsequent amendments.
