On 31.12.2022 - General series n. 305 concerning the "Regulation by regulating for the issue of concessions of areas and docks"; Given the navigation code and the relative R.E.C.N., specifically art. 36 Cod. Nav.and art. 18 Reg. Eg cod. Nav. S.M.I.; Given the regulation of the maritime state concessions of this ADSPMAM approved with order no. 08 of 26.03.2024; Given the decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport no. 110 of 21.04.2023 of adoption of the "Guidelines on the methodsof application of the "Regulation by regulating for the issue of concessions of areas and docks" approved by decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport in concert with the Minister of Economy and Finance of 28.12.2022 "; it announces that with the instance prot.
