Notice on the existence of a qualification system for definitive road restoration works following ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works in the areas of Varese, Como, Lecco and Monza This Qualification System will be used for the tenders announced by Acinque S.p.A. and/or by the other companies of the Acinque S.p.A. Group. Economic Operators who intend to be admitted to the restricted or negotiated procedures following this Qualification System must: 1-submit a specific application (expression of interest), producing all the documentation requested in the "Selection criteria" section, via PEC to the address acq.mercato.reti@pec.acinque.it; 2-qualify, if not already qualified, in the Acinque S.p.a. Supplier Register. (reachable at the address https://albofornitori.gruppoacinque.it) in the specific Product Class "LAV02.12_L05OG3 - ROADS, HIGHWAYS, BRIDGES, VIADUCTS, RAILWAYS, METRO". Without prejudice to the above, it is specified that Acinque S.p.A. (or companies belonging to the Acinque Group S.p.A.) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to invite to the first tender called by it or by other companies of the Acinque S.p.A.
