- The company Maredil S.p.A. has presented a request for variation of the content of the maritime state concession by formal deed no. 81/24, pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 2, first regulatory period. code nav., inherent to the use of a state-owned maritime area of a total of m2. 256.00 for the installation of two electrical substations, one for delivery and one for users, and the construction of the new route for burying the cables between the substation and the silo system for bulk products and related services, accessories, offices, and the route of the cable ducts already present, all located in the port of Licata, pier of Levante/Varco Argentina.
This Notice is published on the GURI, on the OJEU, on the AdSP's online notice board, on the Municipality's notice board of Licata, as well as on the Authority's website. The publication deadline is 30 consecutive calendar days, starting from the day following that of the publication in the GURI n. 135 of 15.11.2025. If the last day of publication coincides with a public holiday, it will be extended to the first working day.
PLEASE NOTE THAT
Anyone who may be interested can submit the application within the aforementioned deadline publication, observations/oppositions and/or competing applications in accordance with the Internal Regulations for the use of state-owned maritime areas, warning that once the established deadline has passed, the higher proceedings will be initiated.
