Description:
The ADSP announces that, the company Enimed S.p.A., has submitted an application for variation pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 2, First period Reg. Cod. Nav. of the surface of the formal act n. 78/24, as part of the project called "Ibleo Offshore Project - Argo and Cassiopea gas fields" onshore Area (definitive areas), variation of the access path to the trap area with reduction from 1,711.00 square meters to 1.708.00 square meters.
The term of Publication is 30 solar and consecutive days, starting from the day following that of the publication at Guri n. Del ... ... if the last day of publication coincides with a holiday day will be extended to the first useful working day.
Warns that
All those who can having interest you may submit, within the aforementioned deadline for the publication, observations/oppositions and/or competing applications in accordance with the internal regulations of the maritime state -owned areas, warning that the established deadline will be given to the superiors procedures.
