Description:
This Centre, as part of carrying out its activities, needs to supply the following material: Supply of spare parts for the Hitrole Light remote turrets installed on the VTLM 1A platform, for an amount of €1,900,000.00 VAT exempt. For this supplyto, the Institution intends to adopt a negotiated procedure provided for by art. 76, paragraph 2, letter b) of legislative decree no. 36/2023, with the company LEONARDO S.P.A with registered office in Rome as exclusive owner of the design and engineering know-how, both product and process, including the prmaintenance and repair processes of the aforementioned materials. The total amount of the contract is €1,900,000.00 VAT exempt.
