from economic operators, EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST on the assistance, maintenance (corrective, adaptive and evolutionary) service and application consultancy on the system for the computerized management ofclinical activities carried out in an onco-haematological department used in health facilities of the Autonomous Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia (hereinafter also referred to as the "System"), for the purpose of a possible purchase procedure.
The System object of the assistance services and maintenance includes products41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365i SUITE-LOG80 and MEDICAL80 for the computerization of the onco-haematological department and is a Web-Based solution, all as better described in the document called CM 011-23.pdf.
The requested service concerns the taking charge and management , over time, of all the software components of the System41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365ema mentioned above.
The requested service must be provided for 36 months, plus any optional 12 months at the request of the contracting authority.
In particular, the requested service is divided as follows:
•Second level help desk service which must guarantee single interface with Insiel for the41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365taking charge and managing all reports of anomalies and malfunctions of the system components.
•Assistance and maintenance of all the hardware and software components of the system
•Services according to consumption
