Open procedure pursuant to art. 71 Legislative Decree 36/2023 for the concession of the "Maritime transport service of passengers, vehicles and goods between and with Ponza and Ventotene with public service obligations for maritime territorial continuity". Single lot. CIG: A03FA1EE17 - CUP F69I23000230003 - CUI S80143490581202300079.
The starting amount of the auction is €89,835,635.00 of which €88,937,278.65 is the amount of services subject to a discounted auction and €898,356.35 for security charges not subject to discounts, amounts excluding VAT. The Contracting Authority has the right to extend the Concexemption for 6 months, at the prices, agreements and conditions established in the Concession pursuant to art. 120 Legislative Decree. n.36/2023. The aforementioned 6-month extension amounts to €8,983,563.50 for an estimated total amount of the Concession equal to €98,819,198.50, excluding VAT amounts
