Description:
This body intends to entrust the following assets under a multi-year maritime state concession: 1. a rectangular warehouse of approx. 5,600 m high. 15, created as an aggregate system of modular elements in reinforced concrete. assembled with industrial techniques; 2. a shed adjacent to the first having dimensionsof m. 60x19.30x15 and 20x10x15 m, distributed on three levels, 3. a rectangular building measuring 9.90x29.10 m high. 10.50, also distributed on three levels, identified on map sheet 1, parcels 3, 446, 641 and 642 of the census municipality of Gioia Tauro, in the vicinity ofon the western quay of the port of Gioia Tauro as well as a state-owned maritime area served for a total of approx. approximately 32,378, for the purpose of carrying out activities there related to shipbuilding and/or ship repair and maintenance and to the future management of the planned Ci Carina basinfloating vessel for medium-large ships.
