Pursuant to article 179 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, the value of the concession is made up of the total turnover of the concessionaire, generated throughout the duration of the contract, deriving from the payment of fees as compensation for the management services of the nursery schools. Pursuant to article 179 c. 5 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 when a proposed work or service can give rise to the award of a concession for separate lots, the overall estimated value of the lots is calculated. The annual amount for each lot is determined starting from a monthly fee per nursery place of €768.57 (€807.00 with VAT at 5%) multiplied by the number of users (e.g. 50 for Lot 1 and 25 for Lot 2) and for the number of months of use of the service (11).
