Management, Monitoring and Maintenance Services of IT Services and multi-brand Server and Storage equipment.
In particular, as better specified in the Technical Specifications of each lot, the initiative, divided into 4 Lots by technological area, has as its object:
Lot 1 Management Service41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365and Monitoring IT Information Services Maintenance of Server and Storage equipment - SOC:
a) supervision service for control/monitoring, on-site and remote management of corporate information systems, basic sw, application packages and processing flows;
b)hw and sw maintenance and updateprocessing equipment (servers) and data storage equipment (storage);
c)on-demand specialist system support.
Lot 2 HPE hardware maintenance service:
a)HPE equipment fleet maintenance, HPE Vendor catalog service POINTNEXT TECH CARE ESSENTIAL SVC(HU4A6AC), including delivery of Major releases, product Firmware/Microcode and embedded software patches;
b)Consumption-based specialist services, to be provided on demand by an on-site senior technician, according to HPE product code HA539A1;
Lot 3 Service of EMC/DELL hardware maintenance and delivery e41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365storage expansion:
a)recertification of storage nodes for maintenance;
b) PROSUPPORT PLUS 4HR maintenance of EMC hw devices currently in use with a high critical impact, including the supply of Major Realization Product Firmware/Microcode and patch of the integrated software and software support...
