Description:
With determines to contract n. 317 of 28.12.2022 of the RG, this Administration has decided to entrust the management of integrated reception services aimed at n. 36 beneficiaries holders of international protection and for unaccompanied foreign minors - included in the systemof reception and integration (SAI) year 2023-2025, to be carried out in the structures made available by the Municipality of Miglierina.
The assignment will take place through an open procedure and with the application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the bestprice quality, pursuant to articles 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree 18 April 2016, n. 50 - Code of public contracts, with the specification that in this procedure, pursuant to paragraph 7 of the aforementioned article 95, the price is fixed and, therefore, economic operators will compete only on the basis of quality criteriativi.
