Maintenance service of the instrumental hydro monitoring data acquisition network, weather and snow of ARPA Lombardy, through a European tender procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree 36/2023, divided into three lots.
the hydrological, snow and meteorological monitoring network (INM) of
ARPA Lombardia is made up of equipment located throughout the Lombardy regional territory,
functioning in automatic mode in real time and is mainly used for Civil Protection purposes; this network is composed of three distinct and functionally independent physical sub-networks which therefore require, for correct functioning, an effective and constant
maintenance:
LOT A - Network hydronivopluviometric support to Civil Protection regarding natural risk and warning;
LOT B - Water Balance Network;
LOT C - Environmental, Climatology and Fuel Humidity Monitoring Network for Forest Fires.
The maintenance and technical assistance service is therefore necessary to keep it efficient
monitoring network allowing the acquisition of all observations of hydrological variables,
snow and meteorological data efficiently and with the necessary quality of data in order to
ensure the availability and delivery of services in real time and in time deferred by
ARPA Lombardy;
