Description:
Consap S.p.A. ("Consap) and Equitalia Justice S.p.A. (" Equitalia "only) have signed a specific collaboration framework agreement pursuant to articles 62, co. 9 and 11, and of art. 63 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and SS.MM.II., prot. Consap N. 0118944/25 of 29/05/2025 - prot. Equitalia n. 0383313 of 03/06/2025, in consideration of the need (manifested by Equitalia) to resort to a contracting station qualified in the level and within the necessary for auxiliary client as Consap, in order to call the specific tender procedure for the acquisition of telematic banking services (Corporate Banking). More precisely, on the basis of the aforementioned framework agreement, Consap will carry out the activities of auxiliary clients, pursuant to articles 62 and 63 of Legislative Decree n. 36/2023 and of the sector rules, for the assignment, in favor and in the interest as well as the exclusive use of Equitalia, of specific electronic banking services.
