Description: Custody, with effect from 2023 and for the duration of 12 months, of the insurance coverage service for civil liability for the benefit of the Enpopi members in compliance with the contribution position. The body will take on the economic burden of the prize.
The insurance coverage requested must cover:
a) in the civil sphere to third parties pursuant to the law, as a consequence actually culpable (mild or serious), of error or omission, committed only in the exercise of the activity of nurses and pediatric nurses, in any form exercised as long as in respect of current legislation;
b) in the administrative field or as a subrogation of the insurance company of the local healthcare company or health and/or public healthcare facility
c) for the serious fault of the damage resulting from the action of revenge or subrogation of the insurance company of the private health facility in the cases and within the limits required by law and/or by the CCNL qua ... - Documents:
