Description:
The object of the assignment is the management of the local public transport service carried out in the Municipality of Brescia by means of the light underground line with guided guidance in its own seat with integral automation called "Metrobus" and ancillary services (first functional section Prealpino - S. Eufemia), including the following activities:
-technical management, with an annual production of approximately 1.75 million trains/km;
-ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the infrastructure, as per the maintenance plan;
-maintenance of systems of collection, issue and control of securities of vi41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365agio;
-cleaning of stations and cars;
-management and control of travel documents, supervision inside the Metrobus, customer service - call center and lost property;
-marketing and commercial promotion, exploitation of the commercial spaces inside the Metrobus; information to the publicthrough the press and other communication channels.
There are public service obligations relating to the universality, territoriality and continuity of the service, minimum cadence, daily and weekly service hours, punctuality and reliability, maintenance, monitoring and reportingtion, adherence to integrated tariff systems, general conditions of transport, information and communication to the public, quality of services offered, accessibility for travellers
