The framework agreement has as its object the entrusting of the management of the nursery service in the municipalities of Pieve Ligure and Bogliasco, as detailedIn the special specifications, through an open procedure to be awarded on the basis of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the millet/price ratio. The contract consists of a single lot, pursuant to art. 58, paragraph 2, of the code, due to thehomogeneity of the services subject to the service, which requires a coordinated and unitary performance, in addition to the organizational complexity of the management of the service in question that entails the intrinsic inseparability.Of the nursery schools of the municipalities of Pieve Ligure and Bogliasco - period September 2025 - July 2029
