Description:
The assignment concerns the activation of catalog codes for the Enterprise level support and maintenance service for the WSO2 modules of the Insiel integration platform for the management of interoperability between the various healthcare IT systems.
The supply must beprovided directly by the WSO2 manufacturer and must include its activation by signing a subscription lasting 24 months. The successful tenderer must therefore:
•guarantee that Insiel is enabled to access the WSO2 portal in order to be able to download and activate the Servicedescribed in paragraph 3.2 "Characteristics of the supply." of the Technical Specifications no later than 30 calendar days consecutive to the signing of the contract;
•support Insiel in the event of contractual problems with the WSO2 manufacturer.
