his p/c of the Municipality of Monteprandone. The contractIt has as its object the minors assistance service consists of a complex of interventions and services to be carried out against minors residing in the municipality of Monteprandone. It is expressed by: 1. Home care in favor of minors with disabilities and their familieswithout adequate and sufficient assistance that require support, temporary or continuously, in relation to the occurrence of situations of particular need. The interventions are carried out in the presence of situations of isolation, loss of autonomy, insufficient resources and ofdeficiencies in the family and social context, and therefore are aimed at promoting individual autonomy in the family unit, the recovery of residual potential, to the maintenance of family unit even in the presence of particular problems. The service also favors the permanence of thePerson in their family unit, preventing social exclusion and institutionalization, with the aim of stimulating participation and collaboration for the search for the most suitable solutions to their needs. 2.
