Description:
The concession relates to the compulsory collection service of the municipal, tax, extra-tax and property revenues of the Municipality of Rimini not collected following the collection activities carried out by the competent municipal offices.exemplary and not exhaustive: tax revenue, revenue in violation of the Highway Code, property revenue (individual demand services, rents, rents, contributions, charges, penalties for violations of the law, regulations, ordinances, etc.) and more under the jurisdiction of the Municipality, compr0ac0b6b42e0325ef021e03aebd263cd1and any accessories. The procedure is understood in any case to refer to all municipal revenues that may occur during the contractual term due to regulatory provisions. The activities must be carried out using tools provided for by current legislation and with fashionity foreseen in the Special Specifications and in the technical offer presented during the tender.
