Description : The Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, ISPRA site (JRC ISPRA), specifically the Nuclear Decommissioning Unit (NDU), has the obligation to undertake the maintenance on all buildings and nuclear plants both in operation and in safe shutdown state, until they are dismantled. In the past, all the above mentioned maintenance activities have been outsourced to external companies and a new specific contract is needed to ensure the continuity of the service. The required activities are ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, installation and verification of electrical systems and/or associated systems (for example, generating sets, diffusion of emergency acoustic messages, fire detection, data cabling, etc.) at the service of NDU.
