Description:
The Municipal Administration intends to conclude a framework agreement with a single operator, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, to entrust the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance service of the mechanical, electrical, tire, bodywork and vehicle inspection partsowned vehicles, as well as the repair service for non-registered garden tractors and equipment of the Municipality of Livorno. The assignment concerns the Municipality's fleet of vehicles during the period of validity of the contract, the vehicles may therefore vary during the course of the contract in the cconsistency, in brand and type without this being a reason for a request or claim by the contractor.
