Description:
Electronic open procedure pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the conclusion of an annual framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, aimed at the supply, with orders and deliveries of "Food for catering".
For further specifications, refer to the chapterdescriptive document and Annex 1 "Product product characteristics", made available in the tender documentation.
The amount of the presumed framework agreement for the certain period is equal to € 245,101.68 (two hundred and forty five thousand one hundred and one euros/ 68), plus VAT and charges, as forlaw. We inform you that the security charges deriving from the DUVRI not subject to a discount, they amount to €00.00.
Pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the total amount of the framework agreement is assumed to amount to €490,203.16 (four hundred and ninety thousand two hundred three Euros/16)oltre I.V.A. e oneri, come per legge.
