- Electronic open procedure pursuant to art. 58 and 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the conclusion of a two-year framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, aimed at the supply, with orders and deliveries of products of the type "Drinks, Spirits, Spirits and Similar" and "Liqueurs" forthe period of 1 (one) year with the option to renew for 1 (one) further year, divided into 2 (two) lots.

The presumed amount of the framework agreement, taking into account the renewal pursuant to41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365the art. 35, paragraph 4 of the Code, is equal to €490,000.00 (four hundred and ninety thousand euros), plus V.A.T. and charges, as per law. We inform you that the security charges deriving from the DUVRI not subject to a discount, they are €00.00.
