• Description:
• The Framework Agreement which is the subject of this procedure concerns the processing of approximately 400,000 films (mere estimate), in 16 mm format with an average duration of approximately 2 minutes each and of different types: positive video (POS), negative video (NEG), video positive with embedded optical audio (POS+COMOPT), negative video with embedded optical audio (NEG+COMOPT), separate magnetic audio (SEPMAG) (hereinafter also Service). The Films must be previously consolidated by the Supplier, in accordance with the provisions provided for in Annex 1 of the Technical Specifications, in order to create combined video and/or audio supports (hereinafter also "Reels") to be subjected to subsequent processing. The Service is divided into the following activities: taking charge of the films in exit from rai to the supplier and their transport; preparation of films and their consolidation; digitization of the combined reels; post-processing of the mezzanine files; packaging of the delivery files, their format and validation, to be carried out according to the minimum technical and functional characteristics referred to in the tender documentation.
