FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH SINGLE ECONOMIC OPERATOR FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE EMERGENCY SERVICE, OF HANDLING, COLLECTION, LOADING, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL OF BIOLOGICAL SLUDGE AND PALABLE WASTE PRODUCED BY THE PLANTS IN OPERATION MANAGED BY THE COMPANY E.V.I. S.P.A. GREEN WATER ENERGY
The Framework Agreement has as its object the execution of emergency services, cleaning, unblocking and maintenance, necessary to guarantee the continuity of operation and the correct functioning of the sewage and mixed sewerage network, primary and secondary, including the pressure pipes - with the exception of only the wells or drains for road rainwater - of all the sewerage structures present on the black and mixed sewerage networks (line structures, manholes, spillways, dividers, etc.), of the sewerage lifting stations and of the purification and/or pre-treatment plants falling within the territory of the island of Ischia (NA), managed by E.V.I. S.p.A.
