59 paragraph 4 Lett. A) of Legislative Decree N. 36/2023 for the assignment of the engineering and architecture service to support the technical management and urban furniture for investigation, design, execution and testing activities. Cup B46J23000290004
Object of the framework agreement is the commitment of the economic operator to Perform all the engineering and architecture performance identified in the CSA for the performance of the design, "RUP support: verification of the design", construction and testing of new buildings and restoration and conservative renovation, consolidation, adjustment Regulations, renovation and maintenance of municipal buildings, as well as geologist performance, fire -fighting engineering and geognostic/geological or otherwise, for interventions defined in the attached list of CSA, as well as for interventions not previously defined but resisted interventions necessary, relating to framework agreements and contracts of work in progress or to be contracted also relating to projects financed by the national recovery and resilience plan, the PNC and the programs co -financed by the structural funds of the European Union which will be evaluated according to the priorities of the Civic administration.
