Framework Agreement, Divided into N. 2 Functional Lots, Relating to the Integrated Workplace Health and Safety Management Service at the Arpal Puglia Offices (Legislative Decree 81/08 and Subsequent Amendments)
This Framework Agreement, pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, has as its object the acquisition of integrated health and safety management services in the workplace in the properties used in any capacity by Arpal Puglia, according to the obligations required by Legislative Decree no. . 81/2008 ess.mm.ii.. The aforementioned QA will be concluded by the Contracting Authority with a single economic operator for each single functional lot, awarded the present procedure opened pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree. 36/2023. Each economic operator will be able to submit their offer for one or bothi the lots, being able to also win all of the lots in competition.
