- The Framework Agreement for the "Digitization of the Ministry of Defense" and the "development, modernization, adaptation and maintenance in operation of the online communication systems of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces", lasting five years and on a single lot, is aimed at acquiring, me0ac0b6b42e0325ef021e03aebd263cd1through specific Acts of Accession (Executive Contracts), a qualified industrial support in terms of design, analysis, development, modernization, adaptation and operational management of the application capabilities of Defense (legacy).
The Framework Agreement is part of a series of projects withmulti-year scope defined by the Defense Administration (AD), some of which have been included in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan for Italy (PNRR), presented to the European Commission on 30 April 2021 pursuant to art. 18 of Regulation (EU) no. 2021/241 and identified herethe sub-investment 1.6.4 "Digitization of the Ministry of Defense", whose ownership is attributed to the Minister of Innovation and Digital Transition (MITD) - Department of Digital Transformation (PCM / DTD), while Defense is identified as the implementing body for the realization0ac0b6b42e0325ef021e03aebd263cd1technical-operational action of the interventions and responsible for achieving the specific objectives.
