Preliminary market consultation aimed at the possible acquisition, through a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a tender notice, pursuant to art. 76 paragraph2 lett. b of Legislative Decree 31 March 2023 n. 36, of the FlowTriever extraction/aspiration system.
Reason for publication: this notice intends to launch a preliminary market consultation in order to find out whether, differently from the information in possession of thisContracting Authority, other Economic Operators in addition to the company Gada Italia S.p.A., can supply products that satisfy the characteristics indicated below:
•Mechanical device for thrombectomy built specifically for the treatment of pulmonary embolism.
Presence of a flexed stembile fixed to distal self-expanding funnel-shaped disks, available in four different sizes, which allows clots in the deep pulmonary veins to be reached. It provides a conduit for the aspiration and removal of large volume clots and consists of a single-lumen catheter equipped witha proximal hemostatic valve and a stopcock with a flush port. Aspiration can be controlled using a wide-bore syringe that is connected exclusively to the FlowTriever catheter and is capable of creating a vacuum for aspiration of blood clots from the vessels....
