Exploratory notice for the verification of infungibility/uniqueness of the ordinary, corrective and extraordinary Maintenance Service of the DMS® multiparametric inclinometric columns managed by the Regional Landslide and Disaster Monitoring Center for the next three years, preparatory to the procedure negotiated without prior publication of a tender notice. ARPA Lombardia intends to carry out a preliminary market consultation for purely exploratory purposes through suitable forms of advertising, in compliance with the principles of competition, equality of treatment, non-discrimination, transparency, proportionality. With reference to the ordinary, corrective and extraordinary maintenance service of the DMS® multiparametric inclinometric columns managed by the Regional Landslide Monitoring Center and Failures, there are well-founded reasons to believe that in this case we are dealing with non-fungible services, which determine the need to negotiate with a single supplier, specifically with the C.S.G. company. S.r.l., located in Via Cazzulini, 15A 15010 Ricaldone (AL), in as all DMS® products are conceived, designed and manufactured by the same Company which also provides for the installation of the instrumentation, the execution of functional checks and the maintenance of the columns in order to guarantee the quality of the produced over time.
