The contract has as its object the entrusting of the waste service service with EER 19 codes 19 12 12 and 19 05 03 treated on the public site of Ozotto Collette to disposal and/or recovery plants located outside the province of Imperia, identified in the emergency program of the Liguria Region in landfills located in Boscaccio and Bossarino locality in the municipality of Vado Ligure (IM) e in the locality of Scarpino in the municipality of Genoa. The estimated amount for the contractual period of 22 months amounts to € 2,796,949.28, plus VAT.
The amount for the possible extension option is € 703,835.21, plus VAT.
The amount for the possible increase option of up to a maximum of 50% of the amount contractual referred to in art. 120, paragraph 1, lett. a), Legislative Decree 36/2023 is € 1,398,474.64, plus VAT
