The service provides for preparationMeals produced in "cold - hot" bond in the kitchens present within the municipal structures according to the detailed methods specified in article 7 of these special tender specifications. Meals are intended for children and school staff. The service providesalso the supply of food; the preparation, cooking and packaging of hot meals (about 360,000 per year); The distribution of meals, the cleaning of the premises and the separate collection of waste relating to the canteen service, the transport in structures without cooking.
