Description:
European open procedure tender, pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, with award to the most economically advantageous offer, for the assignment of the supply of shoulder prostheses for the needs of the UU.OO. Orthopedics and traumatology of the ULSS no. 8 Berica, divided into 5 lots, for aperiod of 36 months.
The total value of the contract is € 820,680.60 of which:
Euro 600,498.00 for the three -year auction base;
Euro 100,083.00 for the contractual (half -yearly) continuation option;
Euro 120,099.60 for any contractual extension.
Lot 1 - Reverse shoulder prosthesesNot cemented with 3D preoperative planning system
supply of "reverse shoulder prostheses not cemented with 3D preoperative planning system". The total value of the lot is equal to € 164,475.60, of which:
Euro 120,348.00 for the three -year auction base;
Euro 20,058.00 for theSemi -annual contractual continuation;

Lot 2 - complete system of shoulder prostheses for traumatological degenerative pathologies and cap lesion

The total value of the lot is equal to € 261,375.00, of which:
Euro 191,250.00 for the three -year auction base;
