Description:
CDP needs to create a "Digital Twin" consisting of:
- a BIM model of the building in Via Alessandria 220 (RM) representative of the entire headquarters, to be built from scratch;
- an integrated platform (hereinafter referred to as the "software platform") for the advanced management of Faci serviceslity, capable of acquiring and exploiting the input data of the BIM model, of the BMS and ticketing systems present in the building and developing forecasting models based on Machine Learning algorithms as output applied to the maintenance, energy, occupation of spaces and at the intercons41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365connections between these. The availability and scalability of the platform in terms of use and performance by the Client must be guaranteed following the growth of the operational loads and/or expansion of the volumes or perimeter managed (example: changes in the initial perimeter of them2 managed due to opening/closing of the number of offices).
