EUROPEAN OPEN PROCEDURE FOR THE CONTRACT OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CSER “FRANCESCA” SOCIAL-EDUCATIONAL-REHABILITATION DAY CENTER FOR DISABLED PEOPLE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE AUTISM + OTHER SERVICE PROPERTY OF THE “ALTA VALLE DEL METAURO” MOUNTAIN UNION - PERIOD 01/09/2026-31/08/2029 (EXTENSABLE FOR A FURTHER 3 YEARS) The service covered by this contract relates to: 1. the management of the CSER Francesca Daytime Socio-Educational-Rehabilitative Center for disabled people. The center is a daytime territorial structure aimed at individuals with disabilities, with significant impairment of functional autonomy, who have completed compulsory schooling and for whom a path to employment or training is not foreseeable in the short term. It's a service open to the local community with reception functions, home care support, promotion of social life, development of personal and social skills. The Service is aimed overall at n. 36 users. The Center's offices are located in Municipality of Urbino Strada Rossa Loc. Cà Messere (24 users) and Via S. Margherita (12 users). Currently there are n. 36 users, and of these 35 fall into the SRDis 1.1 severely disabled classification and n. 1 in the SRDis classification 1.2 non-disabled serious, pursuant to the parameters set by the D.G.R. Marches n. 1331 of 25 November 2014. Of the serious users with SRDis 1.1 classification, currently no. 4 require a 1 to 1 ratio. The service is open, not...
