- Tenders are invited for Esa Merchandise Sourcing, Storage and Online Shop ESA is seeking an official merchandising supplier capable of managing the development, production, storage, and global distributionof ESA-branded merchandise. The supplier will oversee the management and development of the online shop, serving both B2B and B2C transactions, in addition to managing ESA's internal requests. Operating under a business model aimed at achieving financial self-sustainability, the supplier must be able to ensure large-scale advanced production as well as small-scale ad hoc production for custom requests. The successful merchandising supplier will have a proven track record in:Producing and distributing customised merchandise.Proficiency in running an online retail platform centred around customer satisfaction.Efficiently processing and fulfilling B2C and B2B orders.Committing to sustainability principles and maintaining a strong international presence. ESA merchandise should remain diverse and engaging, reflecting ESA's legacy, current missions, and future endeavours, while also resonating withbroader market trends.
