the service to be contractedprovides for the following activities: a) any analysis and/or activity connected and functional to the management of the laceno cable car; b) drafting of the executive project and execution of the renovation and construction of the winter and summer tourist facilities proposed and the object of offer; c)ordinary maintenance and extraordinary maintenance of the Laceno cable car and the winter and summer tourist facilities provided, scheduled or in any case necessary to guarantee its functionality and availability in relation to the life cycle and for the entire duration of the concession; d) theManagement of the cable car of Laceno and the winter and summer tourist facilities and the provision of services by the concessionaire for the entire duration of the concession.
