Open procedure above the euro-unit threshold pursuant to art.71 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to art.108 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 carried out in "IDO" electronic mode ai8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6pursuant to art. 29 of the Legislative Decree. n.36/2023 through the online trading platform "Portale Umbria Acquisti" (also called "Net4market" or simply "platform" in the remainder of this notice), reachable at the following link: https://app.albofornitori.it/alboeproc /albo_umbriadc8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6for the assignment of works in the ordinary sectors of an amount estimated above the community threshold relating to: Intervention of "Repair of the damage and seismic improvement of the building housing the Liceo magistrale "A.
