Description:
Single lot CIG 9595213C3F - CUP J11J05000010001 - Amount placed as basis for the tender net of VAT Euro 847,588.37 divided as follows:
- Main service: design of two track devices, in particular a switch and a double intersection switch for track with throat rail41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c8748236568G1 according to the UNI EN 14811 standard, as better detailed in the Technical Specifications, for an amount placed on the basis of the tender equal to 700,800.00 euros;
- Secondary service: supply of two complete prototypes, one for each track device as better detailed in the Technical Specifications, for a41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365amount placed on the basis of the tender equal to 146,788.37 euros.
Having identified the nature of the services covered by the contract, no additional costs were identified for safety preparations relating to the elimination of interference risks.
This tender procedure will proceed pursuant to art.41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365133 co. 8 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
The uniqueness of the lot is justified as there is a part of the services having a unitary nature of a design nature and the supply of two prototype units closely connected for reasons of a technical nature to the design phase.
