Description:
The contract has as its object the assignment of architectural and engineering services for seismic vulnerability verification, updating of existing surveys, technical and economic feasibility design, final/executive design (pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 18 April 2041042ad53247f54a3e573a8c8748236516, no. 50) including the geological report, safety coordination in the design phase, construction management, accounting and safety coordination in the execution phase, with the addition of services aimed at planning the restoration and the new exhibition itinerary,in relation to the "Type A" restoration and conservative redevelopment intervention with seismic improvement and energy and plant adaptation, aimed at restoring usability with related museum re-functionalization of the building hosting the "Francesco Sawines", as better described in the Special Tender Specifications.
