Description:
The object of this competition is the acquisition, after the second degree experiment, of a project
with a level of detail equal to that of a technical and economic feasibility project for the
realization of the work described in the introduction, with low environmental impact.

that allows the following objective to be achieved:
Sant'Angelo Le Fratte is positioned in the "Borghi" product with an "experiential"

the recovery of valuable architectural structures, the enhancement of the cellar park, the
murals, the path of sculptures that tell the identity of the community) and cultural (thanks

The growth of the Municipality's attractiveness requires planning such as to elevate it to a "Tourist Destination" capable of satisfying an increasingly demanding and diversified demand. This requires the construction of
tourism products aimed at the seasonal adjustment of demand and a tourismsmo of residence.
Based on these assumptions, the territorial development project must integrate and enhance the
various resources of Sant'Angelo Le Fratte, associating them with distinctive products (also based on the
