Corrigendum: Qualification System of the Iricav Due Consortium (Hereinafter "Iricavdue") Established Pursuant to Art. 134 of Legislative Decree 18 April 2016, N. 50 (Hereinafter Also "Procurement Code") and Subsequent Amendments.
Qualification System (hereinafter also "System") established by IRICAV DUE in order to pre-select, for the execution of the works relating to the Verona-Bivio Vicenza Functional Lot of the HS/HC Verona-Padua line, Economic Operators with specific qualification requirements general, economic order- f8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6financial and technical-professional personnel who may be invited by IRICAV DUE to the procedures for awarding works contracts, as well as to the assumption of the related subcontracts (where applicable), according to the methods governed by the articles. 134 et seq. of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and in compliance with the ap. Guidelinesproven by the National Anti-Corruption Authority and the further provisions and regulations in force pro tempore. It is understood that the registration of economic operators in the IRICAV DUE Qualification System does not guarantee any contractual assignment and is not a source of any commitment and/orobligation borne by IRICAV DUE itself
