Description:
Acque Bresciane, pursuant to art. 134 of the Code and in compliance with the provisions of the Contract Regulation, intends to establish a Qualification System of qualified economic operators for the execution of construction works of waste water purification plants.
The Systemi Qualification may also be used by companies of the Cogeme Group and/or by another company, provided that it is a controlling or controlled company, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 2359 of the Civil Code, or in any case participant or investee.
The Qualification System aims to:
- defineand the rules with which the Qualification System is established and managed, the requirements that must be possessed by economic operators in order to obtain qualification and the documentation proving the possession of the aforementioned requirements; - establish lists of qualified economic operatorsated in the specific activity of the works covered by this Regulation and of proven technical-professional suitability (minimum availability of means, equipment, personnel) within which the SA, and possibly the companies of the COGEME group (and/or other company, provided that it is the parent company or co8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6controlled, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 2359 of the Civil Code, or in any case participant or investee) identifies the subjects to be invited - in compliance with the principles of non-discrimination, equal treatment, proportionality, transparency and rotation - to the individual award procedures...
