This notice is to be understood as a rectification of the original pre-information notice 2016/S 150-271432.
Open procedure pursuant to Regulation (EC) no. 1370/2007 for the awarding of public passenger transport services on buses and cables in the territorial basin of Como, Lecco and VaresAnd.
Service Category n. 2.
Lots: n. 6
Scope of the contract: the service is made up of n. 6 lots for a total production of approximately 28 million km/year for the duration of the award, equal to 7 (seven) years, of which n. 5 territorial lots for road transport services and 1 modal lotfor cableway transport services.
The kilometer production relating to each of the lots will be between 5 million km/year and 6.5 million km/year, with the exception of the cableway lot, which will have a kilometer production of approximately 150,000 km/year.
Total valueannual contract (to be defined based on the standard cost) approximately 63 million euros, including VAT. The overall annual value of the lot will be between 12 million Euros and 15 million Euros, including VAT, with the exception of the cableway lot whose overall annual value is estimated at approximately1,800,000 Euros.
Duration: 84 months starting from the date of signing of the service contract.
Subcontracting: yes to the maximum extent required by law.
The subjects referred to in the art. are eligible to submit an expression of interest. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
